This week M&S removed use-by dates from their fresh milk, encouraging customers to use the old-fashioned 'sniff test' to check whether their dairy is still drinkable.
Alicia Kearns, Member of Parliament for Rutland and Melton said:
"Discussing M&S's removal of use-by dates was the perfect opportunity to shoutout Vine Farm Dairy milk shed, one of my favourite places to pick up fresh milk from the local herd of cows in Great Dalby.
"You don't get much fresher than that!"
