In today's Defence Questions Rutland and Melton MP Alicia Kearns stood up for members of the Armed Forces assisting with the battle against COVID-19, and sought to dispel misinformation about their role in enforcement. 

Commenting, Alicia said; 

"I welcome the Defence Secretary's clarification today that the Armed Forces have no role in enforcing COVID-19 regulations."

"Grateful for the opportunity to thank our Armed Forces, particularly those based at Kendrew Barracks in Rutland for all they’re doing to defeat COVID-19."
