Today a cross party group of Rutland County Councillors, Parish Councils, the Mallard Pass Action Group and Alicia sent a letter explaining their opposition to the proposed Mallard Pass Solar Plant to the Rt Hon Grant Shapps MP, Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero.
