It was great to speak at the University of Oxford’s Changing Character of War Centre for its joint conference with the British Army’s Land Intelligence Fusion Centre today.
I had the privilege of presenting on the Democratisation of Information Warfare, arguing that we must fully embrace information as a weapons system, and recognise and deploy new agents of influence in an era of hybrid warfare.
