Alicia Kearns met with the resident directors of Oakham Heights ahead of Allison Homes’ final sale and full handover of management to residents.
Alicia Kearns, Member of Parliament for Rutland and Stamford, said:
"In 2022, I was pleased to secure the place of residents on the board as directors to ensure the local community was represented.
"After achieving this goal, I have been working with the resident directors and community representatives to ensure a smooth handover and swift resolution of issues.
"I will continue to support residents at Oakham Heights as they transition to community-led management."
