Alicia Kearns MP visited Severn Trent's Langham and Ashwell sewage treatment sites to learn more about their role in the Severn Trent network.
Alicia Kearns, Member of Parliament for Rutland and Stamford, said:
"I had an interesting visit last week to two of Severn Trent’s local sewage treatment works for tours of the sites and to see it all in action.
"These sites are a small part of Severn Trent’s huge network, providing water and waste services to more than 4.5 million homes and businesses across the Midlands. I’m pleased they’ve begun significant upgrades to these sewage treatment plants, I’ll update you more in weeks to come."
